It's a long, long journey from where you were to here.
Where is here ?

West of the winds

My lands begin at the headwaters of the Upper Fayeen River.
My lands begin at the headwaters of the Upper Fayeen River.
extending far into the Voltai mountains.
Perhaps of a summer's eve, you'll climb there
Perhaps of a summer's eve, you'll climb there
And find the sacred mountain where rests atop its peak an open air Observatory.
These lands are semi arid. Water is precious in this place....on Gor. There is no guarantee of a deep snow pack in winter, nor the fierce drenching thunderstorms of summer.
Even when used for soothing decoration, water is never deliberately wasted. Where ever possible, potable water is recirculated.

The glass house crafted by Simon, Builder, assisted by Cabot, Sar of Ven'dara, out among the wild flowers and stuff. Some would call it unkempt, I call it.....perfect.
In this new building is where blossoms, mosses and other ingredients are cared for until they are coaxed into perfume for free women.
With the invaluable assistance of Gyazo (npc), I create perfume for free women. He is both deaf and blind. I think his name is really Jesse and he calls himself Gyazo because he likes the way his mouth feels when he says it.

Down river of my home, the settlement of the Anasazi tribe, with whom I have a long standing trade agreement. The entire Anasazi tribe disappeared from the desert southwest in Arizona several hundreds of earth years ago.
Whew !! THAT mystery solved !!
They are a reserved people, very skilled, very artistic. Their dialect flows gently like precious water.
Instead of cave dwellings in the side of the cliffs as they did on earth, they live in abandoned clay insect mounds which they've turned into beautiful homes.
Expert with the spear, the bow and arrow, they are a peaceable people. Until they are not.
Aren't we all.....
The end, amen.
